I’m moving another state, what happens to my health insurance?

I am moving from florida to NY in the next 6months, and I have vista south florida health insurance and obviouslty the name says it itself, “south florida” …but i just want to make sure does anyone know about health insurance and moving…Im going to call them tommorrow and ask them, but i j ust wanted to ask to see if anyone would reply to my message. thank you!..
